最近は不定期更新になっていて良くない。
It is not good for me that It's been updated irregularly lately.
時間を確保してブログを書こうと思っているけど、仕事がいそがしくなってきたからできなかった。
I wanted to make time to write a blog, but I was so busy with work that I couldn't.
これから30分は日記に使うようにする。
From now on, I always make a time to spend a diary for 30 minutes.
最近英語が上達したなと感じるのは、観光客の人の話していることがすぐに理解できたこと！
